Struve vs. Morecraft Preview: UFC 117
On Aug. 7 in Oakland, Ca, Stefan Struve battles Christian Morecraft at UFC 117.
From first sight, Stefan Struve is an intriguing fighter. He managed to make his way up the charts very quickly, although he is only 22 years old. He gets many advantages in fights as he stands at just an inch short of 7 feet. He is 19-4, over his career. A 39-second knockout can make the world question his toughness, although it seems that he has a lot of skills and physical abilities.
For the first fight, Morecraft will have a tough draw. He will have to take on a fighter that is different from most fighters in the world, even if he is a solid fighter. A fighter that is near 7 feet tall, it is hard to prepare for the same. Getting inside of the range of Struve will be the key for Morecraft. Morecraft will need to get it on to the mat and inside it.
For each fighter, this will be a big fight. On your debut, it is important to make a good showing, but for Struve, it will be equally important to bounce back from his terrible performance.
With their different styles, this fight should be interesting one.
